REFUND POLICY
Custom-Made Artwork
Each artwork at Sky Wing Art is custom-made to order and uniquely produced to match the selected size and material, preserving the natural beauty of the original photograph. As each artwork is made to order and exclusive to Sky Wing Art, the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) under EU law does not apply (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). However, we may offer a refund at our discretion if the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging, free of damage, stains, or alterations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production will begin immediately and that cancellation or return for personal preference, taste, or “change of mind” is not possible.
Eligibility & Reporting
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted for a refund or replacement.
While we do not offer product exchanges, please contact us if you have any concerns about your artwork. We will do our best to assist you.
Refunds are only considered for damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@skywingart.com. To process your claim, please provide:

At least two clear photos showing the damage.

A photo of the shipping label and packaging.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product or provide proof of disposal. Instructions will be provided if necessary.
Once the required evidence has been received, your claim will be reviewed. If approved, we will produce and ship a replacement artwork to the original delivery address. If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration. Minor variations in hue, brightness, or contrast do not qualify as defects.
What Does Not Qualify as Damage

Minor variations in color or appearance (e.g., due to monitor display differences).

Small scratches or marks on the back of an artwork that are not visible when displayed.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance. Sky Wing Art is not responsible for damage during return shipping if a trackable service is not used.
Refund Processing
If a refund is granted instead of a replacement:

Refunds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
