At Sky Wing Art, we take great care to ensure your artwork is packaged securely and delivered safely. Each piece is handled with precision and respect for the craftsmanship it represents.

Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped through trusted and reliable delivery partners to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.

Production Time
As every artwork is custom made to order, please allow approximately 10 working days for production and preparation within the EU before dispatch.

Shipping Origin
All products are carefully produced, inspected, and shipped from Germany.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your artwork’s journey from our studio to your door.

Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders
While we take great care in packaging, unforeseen circumstances during transport may occasionally cause damage.
We recommend accepting the delivery, even if the outer packaging shows signs of wear or visible damage.

Please take clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item, and contact us as soon as possible at info@skywingart.com with these images. Accepting the package and providing documentation will allow us to expedite the resolution and arrange a replacement promptly.
